ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
It is hereby announced to the shareholders of PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk. located in Surabaya (subsequently referred to as the Company) that the Company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which will be conducted on:

Invitation will be done on Friday, January 6th, 2023
Shareholder(s) who has/have the rights to propose agenda of the EGMS is/are one or more shareholders who altogether represent 1/20 of all the shares with legitimate voting rights issued by the Company and the proposal must be submitted in written form to the Directors of Company at a maximum of 7 days before the invitation date with the following provisions :
Proposal is done in goodwill, is considering the interest of the Company, is an agenda that requires EGMS decision, stating reason(s) and materials for EGMS agenda, and does not conflict with prevailing laws and regulations as well the Articles of Association.
List of Shareholders or their representatives who reserve the right to attend EGMS are those whose names are recorded in the List of Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, January 05th, 2023 at 16:00 WIB
As such is this announcement made so that shareholders are informed.
